Sorry, but I think that's a logical fallacy (denying the antecedent?). "The President would fire Mineta if he is an idiot; the president didn't fire Mineta, therefore Mineta can't be an idiot."
Hey, Bush does a lot of good things. This just isn't one of them...and it doesn't mean Mineta isn't an idiot.
I disagree with the man on several issues, but that doesn't make him either incompetant, nor an idiot.......charges which continue to be leveled here without factual back-up.
