I love Swannie but what the heck does he know about running a state?
This country was founded on the principle that citizens, of all occupations, spending some time in public service.
Just because a political class has evolved doesn't mean Swannie couldn't be a marvelous governor.
Some governors who had no prior experience:
Ronald Reagan
George W. Bush
Arnold Schwartzenneger(?)
Jesse Ventura
None of these guys knew anything about running a state, but they got by OK.

Reagan and Bush had administrative experience running organizations or businesses.
Arnold and Jessie I guess got or are getting by.
Is that what we want?
What I'm saying is that if we want the best government we should expect that our leaders have some experience with formulating budgets, or meeting payrolls, or directing staffs. (Which Reagan and Bush had before seeking office.)
That being said. If Swannie gets through the primaries , HERE WE GO STEELERS: HERE WE GO !
Repeat as necessary.
