I just love watching him on Inside Washington...sometimes it seems like the other people are just not even in the same galaxy as him, never mind the same league!
He is, in my opinion, one talented guy. I loved his response to Edwards in the campaign regarding the whole "get up and walk" thing!

Shortly after the election, both Brooks and Kraut wrote hasty columns deriding the influence of evangelicals on the vote--saying that it was an increase in blacks, women, and Hispanics who turned the tide for Bush.
Well, Mr. Brilliant Charles Krauthammer...did it ever occur to you up in the Big Smart City that blacks, women, and Hispanics can be evangelicals? Have you taken a taxi ride far enough to see the Iglesia Bautista Evangelista just down the road? An amazing number of Hispanics are conservative Christians.
After Gibson released the passion, CK wrote a hysterical piece on Christians and the awful things we could be expected to do. It was something to behold--being lectured on the history of the Vaticans I and II from a Jewish guy.
Come to think of it, only 24% of US Jews voted for the pro-Israel candidate. That's a whopping 1 million votes--compared to what many have said are 70 million evangelical votes (not to mention the Catholic vote).
So I didn't appreciate being told "shut up, you're not important enough to have a voice in the new administration" from the likes of the not-very-bright and possibly just plain bigoted Charles Krauthammer. This Christmas, I'm just plain tired and resentful of the prevailing attitudes of Anti-Christianity.
And I'd love some new faces, new writers from the heartland of America to appear in Conservative journals. Like Ann--only they've shut Ann out!!
Do you realize that there is not a single evangelical writing in either the NR or Weekly Standard or NYPost? (I don't know what church Ann belongs too--but at least she's a new and different flavor from the sameold sameold.) We're too stupid, I guess, to put pen to paper. Can't be trusted. Or, in the words of the so intelligent Krauthammer, we don't even exist!

I think those who consider him a lightweight mistake the logical contortions of the leftist judges, as they try desperately to justify their fashionable ideas, for intellectualism.
Those who respect Scalias's similar arguments as profound but incorrect, while taunting Thomas as stupid, a lawn jockey (their ugly characterization, not mine), married to a white woman, a house slave, ad nauseum, are racist bigots, pure and simple.
Ever notice the differences in the faces of Pubbies and Demonrats? Pubbies are SO much more attractive. They don't have uptight or unattractive faces and they smile so much more often. When was the last time you saw Helen Thomas or Maureen Dowd or Eleanor Clift and Geraldine Ferraro really smile? Whew. Don't bother to count the times! Mxxx

I had read in some prophecy that blacks would push Bush over the top. I realize now that most of them were probably evangelical Christian blacks. There are many of them, in spite of what the MSM thinks.
