Planned Parenthood's Pro-Abortion Christmas Cards Ready to Offend Again Email this article Printer friendly page

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- They're back. Planned Parenthood's "Choice on Earth" Christmas cards that are panned as offensive each year are returning once again.
The redesigned card features the same slogan as previous years. This year's card features bubblegum pink snowflakes on the outside along with the infamous tagline.
On the inside, card buyers can go with Planned Parenthood's bland holiday greeting, "Warmest wishes for a peaceful holiday season," or purchase blank cards and create a greeting of their own.
"'Tis the season to share with family, friends, colleagues and loved ones the message of 'choice on earth.' Place your orders now for the 2004 Holiday Card," Planned Parenthood says on its online store web site.
But, pro-life groups are upset by Planned Parenthood's co-opting of a pro-life theme in the Bible -- "Peace on Earth" -- where an angel heralds the birth of Jesus Christ.
"In its continual attempt to 'normalize' abortion, Planned Parenthood has once again chosen to offend the Christian community by releasing the latest edition of its 'Choice on Earth' holiday cards," said Jim Sedlak, executive director of STOPP, a group that monitors Planned Parenthood.
"Contrary to the open-minded image the abortion organization aims to present for itself, Planned Parenthood has zero tolerance for anyone-or any religious group-that recognizes abortion as an evil act that kills a preborn baby," Sedlak added.
Pro-life advocates say "choice" is no more than a euphemism for abortion and it is exploitive to use a Christian holiday celebrating the birth of Jesus to commemorate the death of millions of unborn children.
The Christmas cards are part of an overall strategy that pro-life people must not miss, Father Frank Pavone tells LifeNews.com.
"For years now, the pro-abortion forces have realized that they will lose touch with the American public unless they start presenting abortion in the envelope of moral and even religious language," Pavone, director of Priests for Life, explained. "Hence they speak more and more of a choice 'between a woman and her God.'"
Last year, Planned Parenthood claimed national outrage over the card and the public attention it received helped spike sales more than 25 percent over the previous year.
"Our holiday card has proven to be very popular with America's pro-choice majority for almost a decade because it sends an inclusive seasonal message for people of all faiths. I am proud of the card," Planned Parenthood president Gloria Feldt said of last year's offering.
ACTION: Send your complaints about the Christmas cards to store@ppfa.org.
" Warmest wishes for a peaceful holiday season, "
Baby's first (and last) Christmas.
Some people are sick beyond description...very sad.
Planned Parenthood: terrorizing wombs and murdering babies for over 3 decades now...
Youre welcome, thank you.
Better make those dripping red snowflakes, if you know what I mean.
"'Tis the season to share with family, friends, colleagues and loved ones the message of 'choice on earth.' Place your orders now for the 2004 Holiday Card," Planned Parenthood says on its online store web site.
And if you get them to abort today, that's at least one fewer card to worry about in the future!
Pro-life advocates say "choice" is no more than a euphemism for abortion and it is exploitive to use a Christian holiday celebrating the birth of Jesus to commemorate the death of millions of unborn children.
I suspect that the only reason Planned Unparenthood has for making a card for a holiday celebrating a birth is that Herod's "population control" came after it.
"For years now, the pro-abortion forces have realized that they will lose touch with the American public unless they start presenting abortion in the envelope of moral and even religious language," Pavone, director of Priests for Life, explained. "Hence they speak more and more of a choice 'between a woman and her God.'"
Molech?
Disgusting.
Christians need an Anti-Defamation League to combat these barbarians
Don't bother emailing PP. Complaining to this 'choir' satisfies them that they are (1) getting your goat and (2) drawing your fire to an email address where your heartfelt concerns are quickly deleted. PP is a huge and truly heartless business; among the truly effective ways to impact them is to influence their prospective "customers" to not consider promiscuity (which PP promotes as 'abstinence PLUS').
Helping in projects that reveal unborn little humans inside via sonograms, let girls treasure the warmth of a newborn, let those considering abortion be aware of the horror of a partial birth abortion (movie "Silent Scream" etc.) to bring the battle from the vague abstract to the real in pregnant women's minds and hearts.
And of course, make vociferous, repeated yet civil demands on every legislator to ensure no public funding goes to them.
And women need to be wary of males who use them. A man who expects a woman to be the one to say 'no' is acting no better than an animal. Such males aren't men willing to hunt, gather and defend the nest....they don't plan to stay around the nest anyway....
There once was a woman named Sanger
Who killed babies with scalpel or hanger
This eugenicist's tack
Was to kill off the blacks
For Planned Parenthood God should sure dang her
(Pun intended.)
There once was a party of asses
Who peddled Molech to the masses
Kill your children at will
And there won't be a bill
To protect them that ever us passes!
You have a bulls-eye!
Any rational historical review of Planned Parenthood will conclude that it was and is no different than the 1930's black and brown shirts who were busily employed in Germany to achieve "racial perfection"
