The clothier boycotted last winter by pro-family groups for its pornographic holiday quarterly has skipped the nudity and salaciousness in this year's edition.
One of the hallmarks of the past several Christmas seasons is nowhere to be found this year and family advocates couldn't be happier.
What's missing? A nudity-packed holiday catalog from notorious clothier Abercrombie & Fitch, which has toned down its pornographic marketing strategy in the wake of a boycott launched last winter by Focus on the Family and other pro-family groups.
"They were compelled to make a change because of the economic impact of people who said, 'We're going to put our money where our mouth is,' " said Maryam Kubasek, director of communications for the National Coalition for the Protection of Children & Families.

That's all good, but I'm still not buying anything from them. The lasting impact of one of the photo ads I saw from them was too disturbing.
Yeah, let them fry for a few more years since they've had the cheesy catalogs for several years. They management sounds like scum.
No worse than the new management at Carl's Jr. the burger chain (which also owns The Green Burrito). I saw their blatantly sexual ad during last year's Superbowl and haven't been back since. They have even used Hugh Hefner of Playboy as a company spokesman...."change" (infidelity" is good" campaign theme.
Their clothes are disgusting.
