It is a two-way street -- the folks that play peek-a-boo need some good INTEL, and the provisional government can start 24 hour shifts BEFORE the weekend to aid.

But if you put some of these robot planes flying around Mosques, it might spook some folks into doing some things that might tip their hand. Or some other visible form of Intelligence that does not put friendly humans in danger. If someone pulls out an RPG and blows away a predator, fine -- there should be another predator to fire a missile at the guy holding the RPG.

In other words, not one predator in the friendly skies but many.

While not impossible, it would take really good luck to hit a low flying predator with an unguided RPG. Most of the time they fly above the altitude that an RPG could even reach. Even hitting one with an MANPAD SAM, such as an SA-7, SA-18, or even a Stinger, would be difficult because they don't emit all that much of a heat signature. Although the more modern heat seekers would have some chance of bringing one down.
