Who is your insurance company? Doesn't Florida have an insurance commissioner to whom you can complain? Insurance companies don't sell policies in a state without the state's permission.

And since Pensacola is predominantly military and retired military and there are hundreds, if not thousands of people in the same boat as I am, they're probably headed for a class action lawsuit that will cut them off at the the knees. I have not called the insurance commissioner yet. I have given them to Friday (tomorrow) to tell me what I want to hear. If not, then there will be two phone calls, one to the Insurance commissioner, and one to my neighbor, who is a very prominent attorney and loves to go after insurance companies.
