No, they do not. Fight occur on the ice, almost every game, but between hockey players on the ice, and almost always it's one-on-one.
If any other players join in, they face automatic suspensions.
even if they 'draw blood',,,,it's a only FIVE MINUTE PENALTY!!!
You're mixing up your penalties. :-) Fighting is typically five minutes for each player, whether or not they draw blood. You're thinking of a "double minor" where if someone "high sticks" another player, it's a 4 minute penatly, instead of 2, if blood is drawn.
