IMO - its an optical / lens issue - its blue due to the spectrum signature of the refraction - if you follow the two line - it almost lands between the two lights - one for each light - again IMO

I do now know who killed JFK however

While I do believe in some photos like this being genuine, this clearly appears to be some sort of lens issue.

Still a cool image though.
