You're giving college students too much credit...hehe.

Heck...I'd bet 1500 of the 1600 hadn't sobered up by 3pm. So, ending the vote at 3am seems about right to allow 12 hours of voting. Instead of 7am-7pm...they just did 3pm-3am. Extra hour after "last call" at the local bars to get back and vote as well.

I bet the few students who actually got their lazy asses out of bed that morning early did not have to wait in line long.
