Their whole theory about the supposed incongruity of the judicial candidate doing better than Kerry in the red counties is DOA. In heavy Republican counties, 100% of the people know who Kerry is and 80% vote accordingly, but most people don't know who "C. Ellen Connally" is and she manages to pull more votes just based on luck. Ohio judges don't have their party affiliation listed on the ballot so voters are left to fend for themselves.

Now the guy is bringing up the dying elderly cancer patient who walked away after waiting too long in line.

Hey buddy, tough shit for her, she could have voted absentee of it was so hard for her to wait in line.

This argument that the because supreme court Chief Justice candidate (Conalley) got more vote than Kerry in heavily Republican counties (like Butler) means that there is a fraud is one the dumbest argument ever made. Here is how it is debunked in 5 seconds:

First Kerry got more than 670,000 votes than Conalley in the whole state of Ohio.

On the other hand, The Ohio Senator Voinovich got approximately 580,000 votes more than President Bush in the state of Ohio and won most counties that President Bush lost. Even in the county that he lost as well as President Bush like Cuyahoga county (Cleveland) area Voinovich got 80,000 vote than President Bush. So if we use the above dumb argument there is much more fraud against President Bush than Kerry.

This the most moronic argument that will be laughed at in any court of law.
