Citation? Don't care if it's to U.S., S.Ct., or L.Ed., but I sure would like to see one of these "poorly written opinions" you and Sen. Reid are talking about. . . . because I haven't run across any of them in my work.

re: Justice Thomas: I have yet to read what I would consider a poorly written opinion or one with flawed Constitutional reasoning. I must admit, that in one of his decisions I disagreed with something in a footnote, but it was not material to the issue at hand.

On the other hand, I did enjoy Scalia's dissent (joined by Thomas) in PGA Tour, Inc. v. Martin, 532 U.S. 661 (2001), especially their line, '[t]he year was 2001, and "everybody was finally equal." K. Vonnegut, Harrison Bergeron, in Animal Farm and Related Readings 129 (1997)'
