MEXICO CITY, Dec. 6 - The youngest brother of former President Carlos Salinas de Gortari was found strangled in a car in a rich suburb of Mexico City on Monday morning, law enforcement authorities said.
Enrique Salinas de Gortari, a wealthy, 52-year-old engineer from Cuernavaca, was discovered at 7 a.m. by a passer-by in the front passenger's seat of a grey Volkswagen Passat on a quiet residential street. He had a yellow plastic bag over his head and had apparently been strangled. His face was bruised.
The killing was the latest tragedy to strike the family of the former president, who served from 1988 to 1994 and was seen as a visionary modernizer.
In 1999, the eldest Salinas brother, Raúl Salinas de Gortari, was convicted of ordering the assassination of a prominent politician five years earlier and imprisoned.

It was probably a suicide.
His brother --- not Carlos who was the president of Mexico -- Raul -- killed their own brother-in-law. I imagine this family has it's enemies --- but also a whole lot of wealth.
Revenge.................. is best served cold.
I wonder what Fox has promised and been paid for, that he hasn't yet delivered on?
The Drug War among the elites continues.
Where was Hugh Grant at the time?
