Who knows? Maybe Kerry is still behind this. Maybe they tried to pull it off before the election but couldn't get it done in time. Or maybe Kerry decided not to pull the trigger on it because he thought he was in decent shape.
Obviously they've been working for a while to gather a group of people willing to sue.
Is this more of the Tides Foundation involvement .. like the 9-11 families group who showed up at the 911 Commission hearings ..??
