I agree with you. The Posse Comitatus Act prevents the military from acting domestically. So it falls to common people to elect politicians who will instruct the FBI to round these people up and the INS to deport them.

Posse Comitatus makes no sense at all. It cannot possibly be constitutional. What the hell is the military for if not to protect the homeland?
