I do work for them at other jobsites (I'm a subcontractor), and Lennar's pay is good in Maryland. Can't speak for other states, but here the money is good and fast.
That could certainly be. But I doubt it. I drove through Indian Head area just day before yesterday. They are building mega mansions over there. And some group probably got pissed.
