If George Bush can "fix" the TITLE IX grants etc. the universities will drop diversity like a hot potatoe.
I used to work for a college. We had to track how many of each race, gender, disability, etc. etc. etc. we had in each class and each extracurricular activity.
Why ? Because the more of the "special" groups we had the more government money we got. You can't blame the admins for getting all the $$ they can get. You can blame the government for setting up such a system where people are incented to do this sort of stuff.
Would someone enlighten me - how do you equate intellectual "diversity" with the amount of pigment in the epidermis? If truth is true - does the ethnic background of the student make it any different?
As radio host Jim Quinn says, liberalism always leads to the exact opposite of its stated intent (paraphrased). So-called diversity of the sort championed by this young man is nothing more than racial stereotyping with a pretty bow on top.
