If we as a society treated this sexually transmitted disease the same way we treat any other STD we would see progress as well. Can you imagine the outrage if a new AIDS patient was presented with a form and told to reveal all their partners in the last 6 months?

I would have assumed that they do that. I wonder what the rationale is for not treating it like any other disease?
