As Bob Grant is fond of saying: if they stop putting you-know-what, you-know-where, the epidemic will be stopped dead in its tracks.

I recall reading an article in the NY Free Press, maybe 5-6 years ago now, about how it was becoming increasingly common among the NYC gay community to not even bother with so-called 'safe' sex. They reported that getting AIDS was somehow a badge of membership into the community and that enough folks were adopting the 'inevitablity' of getting the disease. Sort of 'I've got to be me,' only with a killer disease as a feature of 'being me.'
If stats like in this article are legit, it really isn't a surprise to anyone who has been paying attention.

What happened to the 2002 CDC data which showed 90%+ of AIDS/HIV cases were homosexual related?
To: Coleus
But they can marry in Taxachusetts as long as they're in 'love'. Nancy Pelosi, that paragon of virtue, said this morning on Fox News Sunday that it would be discriminatory to not allow homos, err...., gay people to join in matrimony. I have to go wash my hands now...

...called the data "astonishing.""Astonishing"? Call me jaded, but I think the word should be "unsurprising".

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released data Dec. 2 showing that the number of newly diagnosed HIV and AIDS cases has increased 11 percent among homosexual men. Yawn.

Bob Grant is right, there are certain human body parts which were made as and intended to be "exits" only.

"'If homosexuality was normal and natural, you would not have a disease that spreads as ravenously as this does,' said Wilkins, who is married now but once was involved in homosexuality." What does that mean?

The solution to the AIDS epidemic is not to work to find a "cure" or medications which arrest the onset of symptoms or a vaccine. The solution is to find a way to speed up the onset of the symptoms, to make the disease run its course from infection to death in as short a time as possible. Only then will carriers be prevented from infecting others, and only then will the disease burn itself out.
Yeah, I know, I will be flamed by all the bleeding hearts out there who think I lack compassion for these people. I really don't. I just have more compassion for their future victims than I do for them.

"......If homosexuality was normal and natural, you would not have a disease that spreads as ravenously as this does......"And whose fault is this?
Oh yea, why of course: Society's.

I am just recollecting the article as best I can. I agree, it has a certain morbid angle on it. What are you going to do?

"Despite the fact that homosexual men make up only 1 to 2 percent of the population, they nonetheless made up more than 40 percent of the new cases, the data showed."
1)What happened to all this "one in ten" crap?
2) Abu Garab prison: A few soldiers that make up about 0.01% of the US military get out of line, therefor this is an indictment of the entire Bush administration. Homosexual men make up 40% of the AIDs cases, therefor you are a bigot for claiming that this is an indictment of homosexuality.
3) Can't wait to hear the fag spin on this one.

Of course, the same could be said about heterosexuals outside of marriage, vis-a-vis abortion.

What about the so-called "bug chasers" that try to acquire the disease. They call it the "gift".
After all, the cocktails they take to keep them healthy works great, just a minor inconvenience, you see.
