Iran expresses concern about deteriorating human rights situation in Europe

No problem - I was being cynical (I was hoping my line about Dems being seen at a church would make that clear). I just find it hysterical that the Iranian government, of all people, would have the nerve to criticize anyone on human rights.

But it's actually a very shrewd move on their part. By taking on Europe's (just) budding attempt at self-survival, they may able to get Europe to hide again from the truth.

Also, keep in mind that the Iranian comments are not without teeth. Iran has a huge economy (and oil) and can do a lot of damage to Europe if they so choose. Also, Iran could order their Islamic buddies in Europe to begin the Jihad now, rather than waiting a bit longer - and Europe would explode in blood and flames. Don't think that the European leaders don't think about that every day.
