That's weird, but technically yes, foot swelling (especially in the morning) is a symptom of congestive heart failure.

It is also a symptom of eating too many Kopp's Frozen Custards...

I have worn triple EEE width all my life and I am furious, this width used to be available anywhere and now I have to order from B.A. Mason or visit a specialty store. We have huge shoe stores now with not one pair of triple EEE in the whole store and the clerks will tell lies like,"this W width shoe is the same as a triple EEE".
