Actually the same could be said for other southern states like North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. Lots and lots of people in the Northeast and Midwest are moving below Mason-Dixon Line.

Also remember the booming Hispanic communities in the South. NC and TN allow illegals to obtain driver's licenses. This means even more illegals will migrate to Dixie. In 20 years, Southern Heritage will mean Mexican Heritage.
