And from what I've seen, testing is not really needed. There's enough tech to test nukes in subcritical tests that they know they will work.

I am sure our civil leaders and military leaders are going over scenarios on how and were and when to take care of this problem of the N. Korans and Iran nukes.
We did hear President Bush say in the news that he has kept all our options on the table.
Even if we did adopt a nuke response to a attack on US soil, by the terrorist RAGHEADS , it would have to be a levelheaded approach.
The best plan now, before we get to that point of using Nukes in a response, is to foil and stop those plans those terrorist have in their tracks.
