NEW YORK - U.S. clothing sellers are suing the U.S. government to force the government to stop imposing limits on Chinese textile imports. The limits, or quotas, have been in place for decades, but were scheduled to be eliminated at the end of this year. If they win, the clothing sellers say the clothes Americans buy--which are already cheap--will be cheaper still.
The clothing sellers say the government, including the Departments of Commerce, Labor, State and Treasury and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative are "wrongly" considering the imposition of fresh safeguards against Chinese goods. The case will be heard by the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York.
The clothing sellers are represented by the U.S. Association of Importers of Textiles and Apparel, a trade association. The USA-ITA charges that the five agencies comprising the Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements are accepting requests from "anonymous" petitioners based "solely on anecdotal bits and pieces of information" in violation of importers' due process rights. CITA is the intra-agency body responsible for implementing U.S. textiles trade policy.

Indeed. Free trade lifts the economy, and separates the US Market from union scum.
Maybe you and your brother, Red, can come up with the prototype. The Possum Lodge needs a little work. LOL.
Given the male dominance at FreeRepublic, I would politely suggest that you ladies stay away from posting this one. I expect that the commentary will contine to creep downward ...
Should I donate some of my old bras to the braless?...I feel so guilty having more than one(bra that is)
It's easy to blow over $100 on a quality, properly-fit bra. However, the ill-fitting, uncomfortable K-Mart specials are likely to get a lot cheaper.
If the ladies go braless and bouncy, when they get squeezed at the airport they can ask for a kiss.
Start a thread about male undergarments and then we will talk! ; )
Merry Christmas, Willie!
Hey, how's cousin Red doing these days? :D
GMTA, heh
Donate them to GoodWill.
Bill Clinton donated his dirty underwear and got a tax write-off. Remember that?

You're being ripped off. Onehanesplace.com

Boxers or tighty whities?
Well the NY Daily News is reporting today that Mayor Bloomberg prefers briefs instead of boxers,
but I don't know if that really deserves its own thread.
White boxers and white t-shirt for sleeping in, military style. Dipping low at work.
sorry dead, but is just wrong
Duct tape is great stuff. I use it instead of underwear. I save money on contraceptives too.
At www.bulletbras.net for the CCW crowd
I must tell you. I wear a bra so seldom I just quit buying them at all.
