We have all seen the "proof" that Yuschenko presented : a video where no polling station could be recognised and the people that supposedely were being transported in buses to vote several times conveniently were hiding their faces ...
So this decision exposes the agenda behind the majority of the judges, since Yanukovich had the great idea to broadcast the Ukraine's Supreme court hearing final arguments live on TV (unprecedented in the world)
