US teams have had very little DAKAR rally presence in the past. Last year, the Red Bull motorcylce team had an excellent showing.

This Vanguard team looks like they have done their research.

If anyone else is interested in a DAKAR 2005 Ping List, let me know.

Please fill me in. This article says this is the 27th year for the Dakar rally, but I seem to recall a Paris to Dakar rally going on since the early 20's. ??
