Atheism needs to be brought to the forefront with the ACLU as the church. By accepting Atheism as a religion and the ACLU as the church you take the politics out of it, forcing the ACLU to now accept other ideologies as legitimate.
As it stands now, there can be no opposition to the ACLU as long as they are not governed by any standards other than the ones they created. By creating a common denomiator(an example would be a hammer and sickle(representing the ACLU) on government property to go along with a manger scene during Christmas) we can now put the ACLU on the same playing field, giving us our religious freedom and taking away a weapon.
This is how you beat the ACLU. If you look at the 45 points, take each one and reduce it to its common denominator and associate the ACLU with it.
