You "chicks" rule!! What a great thread! I adore Uncle Dick as if he were mine own family!! love his wife, his kids are great!! Everyone who loves what is "right" about America adores Dick Cheney!
My Dad died recently, he was my first hero. He and I both shared a great amount of respect for our V.P.
I miss my Dad like nobody's business, but when I see Dick Cheney, it gives me a different sense of comfort.

Dick is the absolute manly man who is surrounded by successful strong women which in no way threaten his masculinity if anything it seems to enhance it. He has an independent extremely intelligent wife who he has always encouraged to have her own career yet somehow you get the impression he is still very much the man of the house.
