The best part, though, of having the mods pull your comments is that it makes it look like someone said something REALLY bad, something far too inappropriate for the forum.
This is especially humorous on warm and fuzzy threads about cutsie things like hamsters.

I had a humorous typo, and got so embarrassed about it that I had the mods pull it.
Of course, I got razzed for it first.
The space between "About" and "It" was kinda one letter to the right.
I re-read that, and the thought ballon over my head went from "????" to "!!!!" I scrambled to get that one yanked before anyone read it.
(I proofread and everything, nothing appeared out of the ordinary until after I posted it.)
Too late.. everyone saw the post.
And then they razzed me about the poor thing afterwards.
"OOoooh, were you BAAaaaad?"
