Remember, this is the county, and these are the precincts, that cannot vote correctly.

They can punch each other, and can punch an underage girl, but they can't punch a little hole in a ballot.

Not just inner city or latchkey...

Kids want to fit in, so they try to look or act alike...

I live in a nice, upper-middle class suburb and see this every day! (The way kids dress and act.)

Too many parents want to be friends first, or want their kids to be the most popular, so they allow this behavior.

Working parents or not, time is long overdue for "us" to take back the responsibility for our own kids and quit allowing our "villages" to raise them.
