You won't get blasted by me, who agrees with you about the "long view" of Bush's privatization policies. They contain the hope and salvation of this country from the corrosion of the "gimme" mentality.

And yes, this is the first President that I admire enough, respect enough, and care about enough to actually love. (And to brag just a little, oh, okay, a lot, I just got my Christmas card from President and Laura Bush! I'm so honored!)

My family has on called and said that they got theirs as well. I was not crazy about Bush 41, but 43 was raised in West Texas and is a horse of a differnt color.

Before the last last election I had to convince my daughter-in-law that George Bush was a great choice, this time she was singing his praises to anyone that would listen.

I knew that about 2 years into his first term as governor of Texas, that President Bush was going to be a winner. My brother and his family were dyed in the wool Dems, and all on their own began to sing his praises. You could have knocked me over with a feather.
