BANJA LUKA, December 1 (FENA) – RS President Dragan Cavic thinks that the discovery of 5,000 cards with information on Serb victims during the war in Sarajevo will represent a credibility test for politicians in FBiH in the process of reaching the truth.

Cavic said that the discovered documents should set off the establishment of the commission for investigating events in Sarajevo during the war.

East Sarajevo Public Security Centre Chief Dragomir Andan said yesterday that 5.000 cards have been discovered with information on Serb victims during the war in Sarajevo.

“The cards cite places of burial of the victims, who killed them, even photos of certain Serbs who were killed between 1992 and 1995 in and around Sarajevo – Vogosca, Ilijas, Hadzici and in all Sarajevo municipalities”, Andan said.

After the meeting of the RS Ministry of Interior Collegium in Pale Andan said that the Public Security Centre would continue to gather statements from witnesses and document these war crimes.

He said that the East Sarajevo PSC also has a CD with information on war crimes committed in the east part of the RS, the broader Posavina region, Slavonija and Vukovar and added that the CD also mentions that names of persons who were the direct executors against the Serb population.

Andan stressed that East Sarajevo PSC filed 29 reports to the Prosecutor’s Office this year on war crimes committed in Dobrinja against unidentified executors and in the meantime identified six of them.

He said that reports against 3 Bosniaks who took part in the killing of 500 Serbs in Otoka in 1992 have been filed to the Prosecutor’s Office in Lukavica.

“Criminal charges are also being prepared against 5 Bosniaks who took part in the killing of 120 Serbs in Ali-pasino Polje”, Andan said.

Ronly Bonly Jones never built a memorial for the thousands of Sarajevo Serbs liquidated during the war. No one looks for their bodies, though the Bosnian Government has records on this, according to the article.
