That's part of it's beauty to me. It would force them to means test all of the other entitlement programs and cut pork.
I like your mindset neverdem, however mine is that all they would do is to find another way to finance their pork with our money. (I'm a realist)
The way I see it is no matter how the ledgers look, it's the bottom line that counts!
Me thinks the publics bottom line would be lessened by politicians no matter what system were to be used.
