Homeland Security needs both organizational genius and someone with the ability to knock heads together.
I nominate Rudy Giuliani.

One thing's for sure... we can't allow Asa Hutchinson to be elevated to Secretary. He was responsible for haulting the illegal immigrant sweeps in Southern California. He's ridiculously open border and willfully blind to the problem.

Press Conference at 2:45 pm EST
Resignation announced around 1:10 pm EST
This job is the Kiss of Death.
He has been playing the odds since accepting the job and has come out in fairly good shape.
I hope his successor has equally good luck...

Did you say the ability to knock heads? Maybe I should suggest:
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Good riddance. Maybe he'll be replaced with someone who realizes we need to guard our borders.

Good riddance. A "nice" guy but anyone who doesn't have the guts to shut down the PC nonsense at airports and ram through some serious border control doesn't belong in that job.

Groping grandma while the borders go un-controlled does not make the homeland secure.
