So... it's not "actually" torture. It's just really unpleasant to be there. IIRC Weren't these jihadists living in CAVES when we got a hold of them. I guess as far as the Red Cross is concerned, delousing them is a form of "torture."

The "torture" is probably a failure on *our* part to allow them to fully self-actualize by blowing themselves up in a pizza parlor full of children.
