He's saying the Hmongs were imported to this area - 25,000 of them - after the Vietnam War in guilt....and that they're the highest welfare recipients of any immigrant group. They won't assimilate - won't speak English. I didn't hear where he got this info.

SAVAGE is a great American -- something Hannity knows very litte about.
I know that there are a large number of Hmong on assistance. I would have to check the stats for Ramsey County where most of them reside.
At any rate, there are alot of Hmong who do not speak English, are elderly with mental health and general health problems and large families, which makes it difficult to be self supporting.
