The SS was a cross Europe army that had Germans, Austrians, Belgians, Czechs, Slovaks, Bulgarians, Romanians, Italians, French, Danes, Fins, Croatians, Albanians, Bosniaks, Slovanians, Greeks, Latvians, Lithuanians, Ukranians, Estonians and even some Britians. They did it once, they can do it again.

The SS was a cross Europe army The problem is the EU doesn't have an army (yet). The Germans don't really have much of a standing army, but that doesn't mean they can't form a new one... their government would have to stop paying for medical care & welfare, & the workers would probably have to give up their 4 weeks paid vacation first... but I guess it could happen.
As for the French, I'm not worried about their military. The only problem with fighting the French is where to put all the French POWs who surrender en masse after we fire the first shot...
