Airplanes produced by Boeing has been used in LOT since many years.Not that many years. They flew TU-154s last time I flew on LOT. I have ridden on smaller planes in much worse weather, but the most frightened I have ever been on an aircraft was a LOT TU-154.
They have now only Boeing's and ATR's. I think that all Tupolews were replaced about mid 90's.
