We need a badge. Hmmm, I hear Chinese prisoners work cheap ;^)
Seriesly, what about a lanyard type of "badge"? They are worn by most everybody that wants/needs ID up front. Even the secret service wears lanyards with appropriate pic/ID. Possible?
