Hi BellStar-

Festivus was a holiday created and popularized by the television show Seinfeld a couple of years ago. It revolves around a few basic rituals:

• Viewing the celebratory Festivus Pole decoration. Very simple, so as to not distract from the holiday.
• Airing of Grievances ceremony to allow others to understand how they have disappointed you this year.
• Feats of Strength. Participants attempt to pin the head of the household, unless they have something else to do at that time.
