I've been figuring the same: richer Arab nations have access to "Islamic" nukes from Pakistan.
I have no way of knowing whether Saudi Arabia has nuclear weapons, but I doubt it. That's just a guess. I tend to view Iran's claim as a "smokescreen" designed to take attention off of them and refocus it upon their hated Sunni counterparts.
