It was included in the "Newsweek" magazine's behind the scenes election coverage. This photo enlarged included the whole family on election night. It also showed Jenna sitting with a young man, and with a diamond on her left ring finger!

I remember that picture! I think it was said (true or not) that it was one of the cousins. The Bush family does a lot to protect the privacy of the girls

I did not see the ring, but if she was wearing one on that hand, it is just something she likes to do. Some girls do it to discourage "fresh" guys from coming on to them, or they do it to be "mysterious". In several interiews during the campaign, Laura was asked if either girl had a "serious boyfriend", and she always said "No".
