Interesting article, but a little long. However, this piece reminds me of when the Government took on Convair (General Dynamics) for price gouging. The lesson learned by the Government was a difficult one. Where Convair had its fingers in many DoD pies and subsequently stopped production of those items that were being scrutinized. The cost of the re-start of the programs was horrendous. Does anyone else remember this?
