We never got along (and I tried) but he was a Yellow Dog Democrat who was also a true racist. I despised him for resenting my (actual) diversity of staff, and having the best people hired, regardless of ethnicity.

All in all, when I left, I questioned his morality, since he was so blatent in his racism.

He had to fire me, to maintain his position of authority.

I never looked back. And I grew from it, and now work for a company which is in the Forbes 100 of Best companies to work for.
