Gonzales is not pro-abort.

It depends how you interpret some of his legal decisions while he was a judge in Texas. I've seen both arguments. And I've also been stung too often by candidates who proved to be pro-abort after they got on the court. I would love to be proved wrong on this, but those earlier decisions are worrying.

Which other decisions outside of Jane Doe 5 are you worrying about?..... can you list a few?

I agree it's a little early to be vetting him for SCOTUS but not out of the question imo.
