That seems to be the plan, and it will be aided by the Bush-approved invasion of America by millions of Mexican illegal aliens, who President Bush claims are conservatives.

FYI - The next George Bush is hispanic (his photo is in my prior post). George P. Bush is W's nephew. His mother was born in Mexico. She is married to Governor Jeb Bush. George P. is an attorney who actively campaigned for W. in '04 and served as the youth chairman at the GOP convention.
