I wonder how many Queers there are in the ACLU?
I think according to the ACLU the issue is more queerly complicated.
As per the ACLU when arguing 'trans-gender' cases: "gender is not merely defined by physical attribute" -- hmmm... This ambiguity would seem to suggest 'orientation' normally a derived relative 'fact' -truly a non-issue as it can relate to no 'genital' frame of reference...
Further, discrimination presupposes a basis upon observable differences... IF gender is meaningless and orientation ambiguous -discrimination is impossible...
