I don't get what the Democrats see in Clinton. Look at what's happened to them in the last 12 years, you'd think they'd exile him to Siberia. But no, he's still highly regarded in party circles. Then again to liberals, failure is actually an indication of true greatness. The worse you do, the better a person you are.Clinton himself is the most succesful politician they have had in the last quarter of a century. He's also good enough of a barbarastreisander to fool the gullible...which they are.

I thought the generally accepted wisdom amongst our sort was that pace their murderous "politics of personal destruction" jihad against all who opposed them (republicans) or failed to support them (democrats) during impeachment '98 that they have the dirt on all their dem colleagues and can destroy the career of any who fail to stand up and salute empress Hilary.
