Ugh. Does anyone else think she tries too hard to come up with clever titles for these articles? And fails miserably every time.

WTF is potato stuffing? My guess, is she is 40 something years old and never even been in the kitchen. Never had anyone to cook for.

I don't think thats her goal. If it was, she would actually be very dangerious.

I think she sees herself as giving people the "inside scoop" from the cocktail party circuit on the opinions of the elite.

I've given to nicknaming her column the "cocktail diaries".

Its pretty hard to find a left wing version of Ann Coulter, Coulter may have a good sense of humor, but the research she pours herself into, and the time she spends doing work, is not given enough credit. Somone like Dowd, who probably spends no more then a few minuits working on her columns, would have to devote half of her life to be the equal.

You may be right about the Dowdy one, but Potato Stuffing is a real thing. In some parts of the country, they make the stuffing with Potatoes instead of Bread. It is actually very good.
