There is demographic evidence that would seem to indicate, by inference, that the average Kerry voter has a lower IQ than the average Bush voter. That's all I am gonna say.
Whether or not these mean IQ scores are legitimate, you can conclude that the blue counties in the red states are bringing their state averages down. Take them out of the picture, and you have higher scores for the red states, or at least the same as the blue states...
